Marc Vahanian
Co-Facilitator
Marc co-facilitates on Sundays of the Los Angeles MASTERY of Self Expression workshops.
He leads participants through a physical warmup, creating a connection with the body and the
inner rhythms of each person. This allows participants to become more connected with their body,
learning how to use that body to support themselves and to enjoy a life which is more exciting, full,
congruent, and fun.
In addition to his over twenty five year association with The MASTERY, Marc Vahanian has spent the past
twenty five years heading Body Coach, an individualized leadership fitness training program. Marc is a
Certified Somatic Coach through the Strozzi Institute for Embodied Leadership as well as a U.C.L.A.
Certified Fitness Instructor. Marc also employs a unique coaching discipline called "The Decision Maker",
a cognitive tool for generating positive change.
